At first, the technician seemed friendly and helpful when our old AC suddenly stopped working. After many calls, he was the only one who could come the same day. However, he quickly became extremely aggressive and pushy, pressuring us to commit to a $14k plan. He claimed we needed a completely new system and even suggested that replacing the unit (only a few thousand) would fail eventually. We felt rushed, fear‑gamed, and not given time to think. Thankfully, we got a second opinion and spent just $5k on a new unit, which has been running perfectly for five years now. Friendly at first, but ultimately unprofessional, high‑pressure, and dishonest. Avoid this company if you want trustworthy guidance.
