I had an incredibly unique situation that had to be handled in a timely manner. The auto shop wasn't able to remove an animal's body from my vehicle so I had to search for someone who could help. When I contacted Pest Solutions and explained my situation, they were pleasant and more than willing to try and help us out. Before they were able to reach the site, the owner of the body shop was able to track down a mechanic who would be able to remove everything and scheduled him instead. So although Pest Solutions wasn't needed to complete the job they were easy to work with and quick to respond. Thank you again!

I've been with this company for a little over three years. This whole time I thought they were spraying quarterly to prevent spiders, mice and ants. Turns out they have only been spraying for ants this whole time. We had a bad spider problem and saw signs of a mouse. I called them a year and a half ago, they came out and set traps and said they would start treating for spiders and mice along with the ants. I had another company try to solicit my business and pointed out some spider nests last week. I called pest solutions right away to have them come out. They said we've only been spraying for ants and asked if I wanted to upgrade my service to spray for mice and spiders (um, I thought that's what we were already doing?) . I set up an appointment for them to come out on July 3rd, 2017 and nobody showed up. When I called today to cancel my service with them due to the no show appointment and lack of customer service they didn't even bother to ask why I was discontinuing my service with them. It's like they don't even care about their customers, like we're a dime a dozen.
