These guys were awesome. I had them take a look at my combo washer/dryer, and it turned out the previous owners left me a few unexpected “gifts” inside, hidden issues I would’ve never found on my own. Hydra diagnosed the problems quickly, replaced the control board, and fixed the door lock. Now the machine runs like it’s supposed to. Really appreciate the honest work and communication throughout.
