Communication was excellent (texting pictures and stuff.. which I appreciated) and the pricing was very reasonable. They saved me a lot of time and frustration trying to troubleshoot the TV myself. The repair was handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely go back to them if I ever need another TV repair.
I had a Sony 65-inch Costco TV that was 2 months out of warranty. I paid the $50 diagnostic fee, and they confirmed before doing any work that it was the backlight versus the control panel, which helped me determine that I would repair it versus scraping. The diagnostic fee was applied to the total work done. After ordering my part, they delivered the TV cleaned and in working order. Prior to leaving, they turned on the TV showing it works, and factory reset. Everything was on time, good communication, and no issues with pick up. The fee was reasonable compared to a new TV. Easy parking. I would call to confirm hours just in case they are dropping off or picking up TVs. I had no issues reaching them.
My LG OLED had black horizontal lines. The Pro TV Repair Service came to my house and took my tv back to their shop. I ended up having to replace the whole screen and it was a bit expensive - $1,000. It was still cheaper to go this route than get a new tv. My screen looks great and they were able to fix it in a day. I recommend their service!
