Amazing amazing.amazing. Furnace do not work while on generator. We had no heat or hot water. I called they said once power comes back they would be right out. 2 hours later power came back and the furnace still did not work. They sent victor right out and in 1 hour we were up and running. Thai company is awesome ! Highly recommend.

I am blown away by the integrity of Matthew Iadeluca at Prime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Two previous companies missed a completely disconnected main supply line—a visual fix that was costing us 80% of our heat—and instead tried to scam us into a $40,000 replacement. Matthew not only found the issue instantly but rolled up his sleeves to help my husband reconnect it. He even stayed to make sure the house started warming up. He showed a lot of respect for my husband’s career as a firefighter and treated us with genuine kindness. It’s a shame other 'licensed' pros tried to take advantage of us, but Matthew proved there are still honest people in the trade. Please see attached photo. Thank you!
