Jarret, Was very professional and knowledgeable. Tonight would have been a very difficult night without the heat being back on my temperature. In the house was dropping and it's gonna be 0. And below tonight outside, so it would have been a serious issue to extend that time frame. So we had the parts in the truck, which was very good, replaced it, fixed it. And got it up and running, and he was very pleasant to work with. So I've used you guys before gas. Doctors been good to me in. I'm very glad I call gas.Doctor tonight

I arrived home from work and could smell an odd electrical burning smell from my basement which ended up being my boiler. I was starting to diagnose because I generally fix all my own issues. However, with the current temperatures and it being after 8:00pm at night and supply houses closed and home depot closing at 9pm there was no room for error. I have been using Gas Doctor since the beginning (maybe 24+ years ago) when the original owner Steve started the business after leaving the gas company. The level of service and expertise with the Gas Doctors technicians is still fantastic today. Great knowledgeable Guys. They are always great to talk to which means management at Santoro Oil who owns the Gas Doctor company now is valuing their technicians on their team and keeping them happy. Julian arrived we went over the system and discussed what I believe could be the (2) components that failed (either one or both). Julian executed his diagnoses process and determined the component that failed. He had the component on the truck and the boiler was up and running after the installation. I do not trust many companies to fix my House or Car's but I trust the Gas Doctor and you should as well to protect your assets and families especially in temperatures we are experiencing this winter. I am writing this note of appreciation in recognition of your service technician, Julian, from Santoro Oil (Gas Doctor). On January 21, 2026, Julian was there to diagnose a space heater problem, which had created a dangerous situation for my wife and me and my two cats the previous week. Julian was nothing short of amazing. He was polite, knowledgeable, courteous and communicative, which I truly appreciated. He successfully diagnosed and addressed the problem, which put my mind at ease. He was also very prepared with the tools/equipment necessary to address the CO problem. Such tools/equipment was even better than what RI Energy used, which could not determine the issue. Simply put, Santoro Oil Company is very fortunate to have Julian as an employee. I give him the highest rating possible, and will definitely request him in the future for any heating needs. Julian represents your company well and deserves the highest praise.
