I normally don't write reviews unless I'm blown away by the service I received, which is why I find myself reviewing Eastern HVAC Solutions. From scheduling my appointment, to my first meeting with Oger when I walked him through exactly what I was hoping to achieve, to the final installation... it was all next level service. I never felt rushed or pressured. There was no upselling or attempting to give me more than I needed. Oger understood my needs and told me he'd do his best to meet them. What he didn't tell me is that he'd far exceed them, which is exactly what he and Eastern HVAC Solutions did. We were in the market for a mini split but wanted cooling only. We have older crank out windows in our living room and it makes installing a window unit extremely cumbersome and unsightly. We looked into acquiring a mini split unit three years ago and got a good price but never pulled the trigger. Three years later I was kicking myself for not buying before prices went through the roof. I scheduled a few estimates and I was disheartened when a competing company quoted me a price of $9,200 for a 12,000 BTU unit that would heat and cool. Even though I only needed cooling I was told those units were no longer available. When I met with Oger it was a much more productive and optimistic conversation. He told me that he could still get a cooling only unit and that the price difference between a 12,000 BTU and 18,000 BTU would be negligible. With the skylights in my living room and the glass sliders it would be better to have a little more power. We discussed the install, he told me they were very busy and that he would get an estimate to me as soon as possible. The very next morning I was blown away to find that Oger and Eastern HVAC Solutions could install an 18,000 BTU cooling only unit for less than half the price their competitor had quoted me. Not only that, their price was lower than the price I had received from a different company three years ago! I researched the Daikin brand that they were suggesting and found that they were highly rated with great reliability and a fantastic warranty. We agreed to the proposal on a Friday. As I type this on the following Tuesday, the unit is installed, operational and other than the fact that we have a new AC in the room, you'd never even know Oger or his crew were here. They were clean, respectful, professional and most of all, very good at what they do. I learned that Eastern HVAC Solutions is a family run company and I couldn't be happier about giving them my business. They more than earned this five star review and Oger is an absolute rockstar. They even took care of registering the unit with Daikin and sent me all the documentation I needed for the 12 year warranty provided by the manufacturer. If you're in the market for any sort of HVAC service make sure you include Eastern HVAC Solutions in your search. They provide old fashioned quality and service that's hard to come by these days, and they do it at an affordable price. Give Oger a call, you'll be glad you did. We certainly are!
