Debug Pest Control - Rhode Island

It was my first time receiving services from Debug Pest Control since my usual company is no longer in business. Scott is a great tech! He explained everything to me and answered every question I had. He is super nice, pleasant and professional. He went over every way a pest could get into my house and proceeded to fix those problem areas for me, so I wouldn’t have to worry. He also had some suggestions that would prevent pests from entering my house and also any cars parked outside! Frank was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He let me know all of my available options, but was not trying to force me to pay for additional services. Very knowledgeable and honest! Great first experience with this company!

Kevin did a great job! He was on time and very thorough when completing the work. He communicated what he had done and thoroughly inspected the area.

We've been using Debug Pest for a few years. We are very happy with the quality of their technicians. Anytime I have an issue. I called them and they are at our house within a day or so. It's also a pleasure calling their service line, you get to talk to a person that actually lives locally. When we are due for a quarterly appointment, they send you a text message and an email, but if that time and date does not work, they are very flexible to change it for a time that works for you. They are always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Debug pest control.
