Just had CARJON service my furnace at my new residence. I received a text saying they could move up my appointment by 5 days which I gladly accepted. Dan M and his colleague arrived within the timeframe mentioned and completed the required maintenance. They were both very polite and respectful as well as explained all the work performed in language I could understand. Very happy I chose CARJON and signed up for a preventative maintenance agreement.
Been a customer since 2002. Every visit for service or installation has been professional and thorough. Today Alex came to service furnace and as always had a great experience. These folks are the ones to call for all things HVAC.
The team at CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating is absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, the process was seamless. Rob came out to survey my home and provide a quote for a mini-split installation; he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were at my house for two days and were not only professional but also extremely neat and respectful of my home. It is rare to find a team that combines high-quality technical work with such great customer service. I highly recommend CARJON to anyone looking for HVAC services!
The technician who serviced my furnance provided a detailed and understanding explanation of what he was going to do and what he found. He has worked in my home before and remembered our situation and past problems; My original booking was not until Feb., but a spot open in my area and I was able to have the check up done much sooner. The experience was totally positive.
We had several quotes for a full home ac/heat install. No, Carjon was not the cheapest. They were somewhere in the middle of everyone else. There were the most knowledgeable and upfront about what was going to be done. Rob made us feel comfortable and reassuring that we were getting the most efficient equipment for our home. He made us feel experience was what we were getting with Carjon. They also used new 454B equipment while the other quotes were still using outdated 410A. How long will it be before the old technology is outdate and parts hard to find? We went with the newer technology that Carjon was offering to us. We ended up doing a mini split on the first floor and a full air handler in the attic for central air upstairs. The entire team was professional and when an issue came up they provided a fast solution. They also installed mini splits for our neighbors across the street after our wonderful experience! We are looking forward to continuing service with them thorough the years to come.
