As a new customer of Santoro Propane I am very pleased with every step taken to bring me onboard. Mike Torti kept me informed of any changes was well as what to expect during our change over. The techs that installed the tank and inspected all our connections and equipment were professional, thorough and polite.

Seamless coordination to set up an appointment for annual preventative maintenance of a residential oil burner. Technicians conducted the work professionally, in a timely manner, clean work and discussed questions regarding the system and boiler condition. High recommended!
I had glow oil before they were absorbed into Santoro, and while I never had a problem with glow, I am loving Santoro. They arrived a day earlier than they said, and we were out of oil, so thatvwas great. Then they came while I was sleeping. As they called me and I silenced it, they called again, 4x until I answered, annoyed only to suddenly be happy. The two employees delivering were so polite, funny and nice, and I enjoyed talking to them as they filled my tank and primed the system. I honestly could not imagine anything going better unless it was free!
We came to Santoro Oil through Glow Oil (formerly known as Colonial/Douglas Oil), with whom we have been customers since the winter of 2002. Their merger has been a lifesaver for us. Our experience has been exceptionally good. Santoro Oil offers us a complete service based on our needs. They installed a new oil tank, provide maintenance for our central air conditioning and boiler, and supply us with heating oil. It is hard to find a company that offer this combination of services. But best of all it is their customer service; the office staff establish an immediate connection with their clients, showing empathy, understanding of their needs, and demonstrating a willingness and availability to serve and resolve any issues. Apart from all this, the technical staff, in addition to their specialized professional knowledge, seem to have received customer service training, because the way they treat us customers as if we were part of a family. We are satisfied and grateful.
