Sean was awesome, he provided prompt and helpful service, guiding us through decision-making with detailed explanations. The work was done quickly and he fixed some suspect diy work that was done by previous homeowners as he removed our garbage disposal and repiped our kitchen sink. He was happy to answer any questions we had about other areas of the house.
This is the first time we’ve had issues with our hot water heater and I’m so glad I found Thumbs Up Plumbing. They explained the issues with my system and were upfront about pricing. Sean and Shaq were great! Will absolutely be using their services again l!
Thumbs up plumbing was awesome. I called on a Friday evening because I had a burst pipe in the middle of a very cold stretch of weather. I was looking for someone to come repair the pipe as soon as possible and thumbs up had a technician at my house about an hour after I called and they were able to repair the issue that night. I was incredibly grateful for their 24/7 service and impressed with their work. We will absolutely be using them again! Highly recommend!
Shaq repaired 2 valves near my water meter. He did an exceptional job, was on time, there were no issues with the installation and the price was what we expected. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.
