Tri State Power Equipment exceeded my expectations by having the work on my snowblower completed days in advance of the time I was initially advised it would be ready. I received prompt, courteous updates and was even advised the repair was a little less than expected. The door to door pick up and delivery was perfect since I have no way to bring it to the shop for repairs. A perfect example of under promise, over deliver. I would strongly recommend.
I had them handle my warranty repairs for my Husqvarna leaf blowers. They did a great job working out everything.
Great customer service. Super clean facility. My father, who is tough to impress, was extremely happy and impressed. They fixed his chainsaw, as well as his riding lawn mower. They have severalnew cleints now that they serviced my dads (Fred) items!!
If I could give more stars I could. Great customer service and very quick with work. Dropped my ride on that wouldnt start at 4, told them if they could get it done as soon as they could and they said they’d look at it first thing tomorrow. Got a call on my way home that they had already diagnosed the problem and had a spare part on hand. Went back and picked it up right before they closed at 5 and the mower was running like a charm. Will definitely be using them for any future problems I have. Highly recommend.
