Best choice I could have made. It wasn't a fix but a replacement of a door/boot gasket. Syruss and Jay were very professional. Took their time to do it right,explained to me what was going on as I was hovering. Answered my questions as i wanted to know what was going on. Time was approx an hour. Arrived early and pricing was where I thought it would be. Stayed to check their work and left the place cleaner then when they arrived. I want same guys if I Ned help in future

When my Thermador left burners stopped working after a storm, I called Mr Appliance. I received an email to confirm the appt the night before and a text with a photo of my repair person, Shane, shortly before he arrived. Shane was on time, meticulous about his work and kept me informed on what he was doing to make the repair. He took photos of before, in progress and at completion. I did not know what to expect and can say that I was very impressed with Shane and my range repair experience with Mr Appliance. I would recommend Mr Appliance for your home appliance repairs - it was a challenge to find someone to service this high-end appliance. Thank you Shane - you exceeded my expectations and I learned about this range in the process ( don’t worry, I will not try to fix it!). Thanks Mr Appliance!
