Overall a really good experience from start to finish. Michael was really great to work with during the proposal phase- he was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, answering many rounds of questions as we evaluated multiple quotes. And most importantly, he matched a competitive fairly quickly which helped us make our decision. When it came time for the work to begin, the crew was prompt and worked quickly, completing the full project in a day and a half. We had a very minor issue once the work was completed, our HVAC unit wasn't working and we didn't realize it was merely because part of the unit had been unplugged. Before we discovered the cause, we called the office and within hours I was speaking with the owner Scott, who offered to cover any expenses we incur via HVAC service calls. That turned out not being necessary, but again the overall service and responsiveness exceeded our expectations and left a very positive impression. We would recommend AWS without hesitation!

I was having ongoing drainage issues from underground water that continuously caused problems with my in-ground pool. What was supposed to be a source of relaxation had become a real nightmare! A Waterproofing Solution recommended installing an outdoor sump pump as the fix. The work was completed in just two days, and my yard was left exactly as they found it. I’m very pleased with their communication, professionalism, and the overall results. Highly recommend!
We hired AWS to clean and restore a very large drainage swale on our property that required expertise in outside drainage and water flow that a normal landscaper could not provide. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all our questions. His quotes were very detailed and itemized so we could understand and compare in detail. His team showed up very quickly and completed the job in much less time than we anticipated. The work site was left very clean and they made certain not to damage our property despite the complexity of the job. Scott personally remained accessible throughout the entire process. In the end, the job was completed right, and quickly, for a fair price. We will be calling them for a separate yard drainage project in the near future. When dealing with drainage lots of people will say they have experience, but few really do.
