Had a great experience with W88 today. I called for an appointment this morning and the Technician, Tom, came out this afternoon. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficiently diagnosed the problem with my oven. He had the part on the truck and was able to replace it immediately. The diagnostic price went towards the repair total cost. I highly recommend this company.
This company was excellent. The repair technician came out and provided a quote to fix our 8-year-old washer. I paid a deposit, and when he returned the following week to install the part, he discovered additional issues that made the repair too extensive. They refunded my deposit and only charged for the initial diagnostic. Highly professional, reasonable, and honest. Communicative.
Mike came out on a Friday night, which was a lifesaver so my kids and I could use the dryer over the weekend. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the heating element on the spot. Excellent service, clear communication, and everything is working perfectly now—highly recommend
