Eddie and his team were fantastic, my husband and I knew from the initial meeting with him that we were going to have them do our French drain. He is so nice and easy to talk to, explained everything they were gonna do. His crew was aslo very respectful and nice and professional, they did a GREAT job, left everything clean, we are so happy we went with tru basement!!!!!! my neighbor had used them for his French drain and had highly recommend them.
The team at Tru Basement Waterproofing installed our French drain within 2 days! Working in the heat of the summer, they also endured tight conditions and had to first clean out an existing clogged hydrogap. They also custom fit the drain around our water heater and HVAC unit plus installed a new sump pump. This was not an easy project but each team member knew their role and together they got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. They were efficient, friendly and left the area cleaner then when they started. I would highly recommend using their services for all your waterproofing needs.
