Kleckner & Sons

This is the third appliance purchased from Kleckners in 3 years. Sales people are professional, know their business, followup on inquires and special requests. The wine fridge was brought in by strap on 2 men. Good for my hardwood floors. Installers brought a level to make sure it was correct. They were polite and very considerate of my counter surfaces with their tools. I had not heard of the OXO brand, and the reviews are very good. The Speed Queen washer, now 2 years old, is well worth the price. Untreated but relatively fresh stains come out with treatment. The KitchenAid dishwasher, about 2.5 years now, performs very well.

I wanted to complement Kleckner and Sons for the quick turn around time this past week when I called for dryer repair for my Speed Queen. My service technician, Jeremy, was very thorough with the repair assessment and explained the possible reasons why my dryer was making a loud noise. He took care and pride in the work being done on my dryer, and it was very much appreciated as it gets used daily! Additionally, the repair price was very reasonably priced. Both my Speed Queen washer and dryer were purchased from the Emmaus location. I would highly recommend Kleckner and Sons not only for a repair, but also for excellent service all around. Thank you!!!
