I highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs. They are professional, friendly, timely and took the time to really explain things to me. In my case the cost of the repair of my washing machine was almost the cost of buying new. After clearly explaining the problem and the cost of the parts involved, he took the extra time to provide his insights on various model's feature functions and repair issues. That was very helpful!

From the first contact to the end of the service visit, very professional. Setting up an appointment was very smooth. Communication was excellent. Unfortunately our oven was not worth the price to fix it. Andrew was very honest with us and offered us a couple options for the repair. He gave us accurate information so we could make our decision.
