I’m very disappointed with how this has been handled. It feels like your team keeps recommending part replacements instead of properly trying to fix the issue first. When we decided not to move forward with paying for an expensive replacement part and considered having another technician take a look, the issue was suddenly fixed without replacing the part.(Part cost over $1000) That raises concerns for us. You may want to review this with your technician and the lady who picks up the phone. I was trying to give a feedback but I realized I'm wasting my time. From our perspective, it starts to feel like we are being pushed toward unnecessary part replacements rather than actual troubleshooting. We expect honest diagnostics and proper repairs, not unnecessary service charges.

We called Mr Appliance to get an in-wall-oven repaired. The appliance repair specialist made a diagnosis within minutes. He looked at the defective part to verify the error code. I found him to be friendly and very experienced at repair. The price of the part was a heart stopper! But, he was up-front on all the repair costs. He ordered the part — and it arrived in 3 days. Like clockwork he arrived on time and fixed the oven in 40 min or so. He then gave us a one year warranty. He was competent and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this guy for any appliance repair. Tim
