Addam took the time to explain the source of our problem and then the best approach to fix our concerns. We interviewed many waterproofing companies and DryTech was the only one that took the time to actually listen, understand and solve our problems. Everyone else just wanted to sell us something. Previously, we used two different contractors to install French Drains in houses located in two different states. (One house belonged to our niece and one to our eldest son.) Each of those adventures was very positive, and we learned a lot about French Drains. My youngest son purchased a home which needed a French Drain and so this adventure started. As our last contactor was fully booked, for this job I interviewed four different basement contractors recommended by Thumbtack.com. While each contractor interviewed had stellar references, presented a professional presentation, and then a detailed proposal, Dry Tech proposed conventional materials and installation approach that I am very comfortable with, paired with a competitive price. The addition of a channel drain around our hot water heater was a nice touch in case that ever fails. In addition, Dry Tech was very clear and detailed about what they would and would not be repairing. This enabled us to budget for our handyman to follow up with drywall and bathroom repairs, and the installation of a new "floating" hardwood floor. The Dry Tech crew laid either tar or cardboard on our driveway so their removal of debris would not mar the tarmac. They opened windows to keep fresh air circulating. They hung a clear tarp at the bottom of the stairs to prevent dust from migrating from our basement to the main floor. As expected, there were two days of noise. They took no shortcuts and I was able to observe that they followed the exact same steps as our previous two contractors. The crew swept up all the floors to minimize the amount of cleaning we would need to do after they left. The result was a system that was created as promised, with no compromises, and delivered at a competitive price. If another family member needs a French Drain, I will certainly call Dry Tech again.

Crawlspace Encapsulation: We did our research and interviewed 4 contractors to encapsulate our Jersey Shore crawl space with a dirt floor. After careful consideration we narrowed it down to 2 contractors and we decided to give our job to Dry Tech Waterproofing Solutions, By the Way, all 4 contractors prices were very close to each other, so it wasn't about the price it was about the Company we felt confident to do our job. We met with the owner, Steve Lombardi who was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable on our particular situation. We were a little particular about certain materials we wanted to use, and Steve accommodated our every need. Steve's Team consisting of his foreman, Jay and 3 other workers came to our property and worked hard for 3 days on our project, and we are very happy with the end results, along with the encapsulation Dry Tech installed a Sump Pump and a Dehumidifier.
