Called to inquire about their services due to water like mark staining after washing laundry. Asked the Customer service representative if this is something they can help with. She stated that people call to have their washer diagnosed for this type of issue and they can help. Schedule an appointment with my card on file with understanding of $140 for a tech to come out. Tech arrives. Very nice. Show him the staining on my clothes that I’m concerned is coming from washer machine and ask if people call with this issue and he says no. Says the washer drum needs to be replaced instead of cleaned for over $1000. He never took it apart to check. I asked how he knew and he said he just knows. I feel swindled for $148 for no thorough exam of my washer itself. Would not recommend.

I have used Mr. Appliance twice and Jairo has made the service calls both times. He is a excellent representative for your business! Honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and does great work. On top of that Mr. Appliance was able to find a part for our dishwasher that currently is out of stock everywhere. They gave me the part number to look too and 6 pages deep into a Google search I thought my only option was to start looking for a new dishwasher. They found the part! Thanks Jairo & Mr. Appliance!

Good service overall. I set my appointment up online and selected one of two time frames. I picked 8 AM -12 PM so I could plan work around this. I got a text the day before confirming my appointment for between 230-630 PM. I then tried texting back and calling and neither got me an answer so I rescheduled my work day last minute. Then, around 133 PM I received a text my repair person was on their way so I had to leave my last appointment early to get home for this. Why have is select a time frame when you can’t honor it even after you change it last minute? So the scheduling knocked them down by one star then tech showed up and within 20 minutes had the fridge diagnosed and repaired. I was charged $238 for the part and an additional $260 for labor. Total labor was maybe 15 minutes including diagnostics and us talking. Price was very high . I could understand $140-150 an hour but $260? If they would have kept their time window and charged a fair price they would have received a 5 star review. Tech was great. Price shop around before calling.
