I am not a customer. However I did recently have a negative interaction with both an employee and subsequently the company. A Knowles Mechanical employee entered my house today uninvited and of their own accord. He was at the wrong location. My home is clearly numbered both on the mail box and the house. I was working in my attic and came down to find a man walking around the main floor. When asked what he was doing and to get out. He instead chose to question my house number. He did not identify himself or offer apology. I had to ask him and then instruct him to leave several times before he left. After contacting the company, their response was less than reassuring. Their main focus was to downplay and deflect what had occurred and left much to be desired in their attitude toward the incident.
