If I could leave 10 stars, I would. I’ve been doing business with these guys for a few years. They saved my life this month when my furnace needed to be replaced. Last minute, dead in the middle of busy season, not only did they fit me into their already packed schedule, they finished ahead of schedule. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, these people do it right. I could not recommend their service, support and all around customer support more. I’m a loyal customer for life. HPA installed ductless heat pumps and a new gas boiler system in our 67 year old house. The whole process for both projects was flawless. Caleb Chadbourne, the owner, is one of the most intelligent, competent professionals I have ever met in my long history of managing office buildings and construction projects. He arrived to give me his estimate on time and explained exactly what he planned to do clearly and concisely. He submitted his estimates quickly and gave me an installation date which he adhered to. He came out to introduce his workers at the beginning of the project and came back when the job was completed to make sure I was happy with the installation. All the work was done efficiently. His guys were friendly, professional, and left my basement way cleaner than it was when they arrived. Caleb is also an excellent communicator. Any time I had a question I emailed him and he answered almost immediately. Anyone who has ever experienced a construction project knows how amazing that is. If you are looking for someone to do HVAC work, look no further. HPA is the best.
