EcoHeat Maine is always a pleasure to work with for my Samsung mini split heat pumps. Tim designed an excellent system for my needs, 3 indoor heads to one unit outside. From installation to annual maintenance, their customer service is superb and their maintenance techs (Issac this year) are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
This was our first time utilizing EcoHeat Maine as they were recommended to us by a friend. Isaac cleaned our splits. He was on time and took his time doing the cleaning, which we appreciate. We discussed the job when it was completed and answered all of my questions. I will certainly recommend him and your company to others that I know have splits in their homes. Communication from the start was fast and efficient! Constant text messages keeping me up to date on my appt schedule as well as once the technician was en route! When Sam Mills arrived he was nothing but professional, and courteous! He explained everything he was going to do and did and was extremely thorough! Tim, Frank, and their crew installed 5 units on my mountain home that was just recently completed. I realized that I needed A/C for the summers, and the cabin is very well insulated and holds solar heat from windows. I did my research and chose them because they were professional from the start and sounded like they knew what they were doing. Also processed my rebate with the State of ME and took it right off the total purchase price! I couldn't have chosen a better company and referred my sister who will be getting one shortly!
