We have an old furnace in our home in central Maine, and RJ energy is always just a phone call away to ensure the heat and safety of our home. They are professional, kind, understanding, and timely. As an example, just this morning we woke up and found that the furnace wasn't turning over. I called RJ energy and was assured that they would be out this morning to check it out. They were short staffed, and sent the owner himself to come and help within an hour of my phone call. Solid folks, highly recommend for all of your heating needs.

So appreciative for RJ Energy Services. Our 6 month old water heater from Lowes started giving an error code. We called several plumbers to get someone out and were told they were too booked. We were desperate to get help with no hot water, two small kids who have been sick and full time working parents with no plumbing experience. Next day they sent Graydon out to take a look and he fixed and explained the issue clearly and quickly. He was very nice and fixed the issue quickly. Very fairly priced and trustworthy. We will absolutely be using them again for our plumbing needs!

I was very pleased with my experience through RJ Energy. First they got the furnace running (heat which is very much needed this time of year), and then they repaired my plumbing and got the water flowing. Arnold the repairman was amazing! Really good at his job! Just an overall pleasant experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

I had my hot water heater replaced yesterday by these good folks. they were expeditious on getting my job scheduled. The installer was professional and knowledgeable. The cost came in under estimate and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Sharing this review on behalf of my parents. I would not recommend hiring this company after a negative experience they had. Bought heat pumps with service which qualified for the federal rebates. When my family followed up to get the rebate after the install, the response from the company was rude and inconsiderate. This company is taking advantage by stealing your rebate. Be weary of doing business with these guys.
