Dave's World Augusta

The technician, Chris, was outstanding in every regard. He was friendly, efficient, and know just what to do. We had a gas issue that needed timely resolution. Everyone was super helpful in determining if the work could be done, scheduling the right technician, and adjusting the schedule based on conditions. Everyone I dealt with had a can-do attitude and were all committed to ensuring a great outcome. They were truly awesome.

With a week of unseasonably high temps looming in the very near future, we called Dave's World in Augusta to set up an estimate to 'discuss' what we figured would turn out to be a pipe dream. But, one hundred percent due to our Home Advisor Curtis Ayotte's product knowledge, professional courtesy, and, patience of a saint...5 days later, in an actual temp. of 99 degrees and heat index of 105, Alec, Bruce, and Ray made us very happy old codgers by installing the 2 outside units and 2 inside units in our home! The pictures tell the story...they look great and don't detract from the aesthetic of the outside or inside. The guys took care to protect our landscaping, and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Alec (bless him) spent the most time here and never minded our interruptions with questions. He was always willing to explain as he went along. Bruce, the Master Sparky, was very precise and professional, and another who was willing to stop and address any concern we may have had. Ray, the 'closer' set up the units and went through all the functions, etc. with us and had great tips to make sure we knew what our units could do. Very impressed with all our crew...highly satisfied! We can, and will, absolutely recommend Dave's World to anyone who asks about installing one or more mini-splits in their home. The pictures bear us out...looks great. Our words tell the rest...we are very comfortable and extremely happy customers. Dave's World is now on our short list of "We Know a Guy"!! Thanks so much!
