Kleckner & Sons

This is the third appliance purchased from Kleckners in 3 years. Sales people are professional, know their business, followup on inquires and special requests. The wine fridge was brought in by strap on 2 men. Good for my hardwood floors. Installers brought a level to make sure it was correct. They were polite and very considerate of my counter surfaces with their tools. I had not heard of the OXO brand, and the reviews are very good. The Speed Queen washer, now 2 years old, is well worth the price. Untreated but relatively fresh stains come out with treatment. The KitchenAid dishwasher, about 2.5 years now, performs very well.

My less than 1 year old refrigerator broke and was replaced by the manufacturer. They worked with Kleckners and I had a new refrigerator in 3 days after approval. Thank you and please thank the two that carried it in and set it up. The delivery was great and professional!

Darrian was a wonderful and honest sales associate. He put absolutely no pressure on us and allowed my husband and I to take our time to review the specs of the appliances we wanted. We ended up ordering a SQ TR7 with the guidance of Darrian. We will be purchasing more appliances from K&S when the time comes.

I wanted to complement Kleckner and Sons for the quick turn around time this past week when I called for dryer repair for my Speed Queen. My service technician, Jeremy, was very thorough with the repair assessment and explained the possible reasons why my dryer was making a loud noise. He took care and pride in the work being done on my dryer, and it was very much appreciated as it gets used daily! Additionally, the repair price was very reasonably priced. Both my Speed Queen washer and dryer were purchased from the Emmaus location. I would highly recommend Kleckner and Sons not only for a repair, but also for excellent service all around. When my 10+ year old refrigerator stopped working, I went to Kleckners and had a new one delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. Thanks very much. 👍
