Please save yourself the headache of purchasing anything from here!! I wanted to buy a fridge and dishwasher from here because of all the good things I have heard. But the sales team was a mess everyone was rude from the beginning. My delivery was delayed several weeks and when the instal guys finally arrived one of the guys looked like he had been drinking and smelled like it as well. That’s not even the end of it my fridge was dented off the truck and when I called I was passed around several times with promises of help but still nothing was done. I am very disappointed with this place. I want to add this extra bit just for anyone looking. I recently heard that Prestige opened up an appliance store and I decided to go there for my washer needs. This was the best experience ever they still have high end appliances and their staff was so friendly, helpful and really knew what they were talking about. On top of that I was able to get my washer fast with absolutely no problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but feel other consumers should be aware! Purchased a washing machine and dishwasher in early September 2025. Waited 3 weeks for the delivery and installation. When delivered the washing machine had a dent in the lower right side. When we noted this the delivery person gave the option for a new machine or $50-&100 off the current machine. It’s been over a month now with multiple calls to the store. We keep being told “I’ll talk to the boss and get back to you by the end of the day.” Of course, no call, no new washer and no discount. Buyer beware…… Allentown Appliance does not stand by their word or products. Avoid this store at all costs! DK Thank you for letting me know this. We are in the market for appliances and I was actually considering going there. Guess not anymore. AD Hey John unfortunately when we moved to Forks now seven years ago we purchased all our kitchen appliances from them on a recommendation. Was a huge mistake. Had to send back the refrigerator/freezer and stove. All they wanted to do was argue about it while we even showed them pictures of the damages coming off the truck. Never again JS Thanks for the info. I deal with HomeTown Appliances in Bangor! They are great to deal with! No more Allentown Appliances for me!
