We had an unfortunate toilet overflow that caused significant damage to several rooms in our home, and ServPro was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the initial cleanup—removing carpets, drywall, and making sure everything was properly dried out—to helping us navigate the insurance process, every step was handled professionally and with great care. What could have been an extremely stressful experience was made so much easier because of their guidance and communication. They also helped us through the rebuilding process, including selecting new carpets and finishing all the repair work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the final work was superb. Every crew that came into our home was knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. We are so grateful to the entire ServPro team for restoring our home and making the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or home restoration.

I hired Servpro following a smoke incident because of their reputation and visibility on Google. While the work was ultimately completed, there were several significant concerns related to communication, professionalism, and quality of service. There appears to be a lack of coordination between their internal teams, which resulted in inconsistent information and missed completion timelines. The original projected dates were not met, and my family was displaced from our home from 1/24 to 2/17, resulting in extended lodging expenses and disruption. I also experienced an issue where two expensive electronic items were discarded without my authorization, despite clearly communicating to staff which items were approved for disposal. This was very concerning. Professionalism and care inside the home were inconsistent. I observed a worker vaping inside the home during the mitigation/deodorization process, which was counterproductive given the purpose of the service. Additionally, while I allowed workers to use the bathroom, it was left in very poor condition afterward. I also observed behavior on camera that did not reflect a professional work environment, including excessive phone use while work was ongoing. When the project was marked complete, the home was not left in the condition I expected from a professional restoration company. There were visible smudges on walls, dirt remained on both tile and wood flooring, a vent component was missing, and baseboard heater covers were not properly secured. I had to perform additional cleaning myself and documented these conditions. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that Servpro can improve communication, supervision, and final quality control. This type of service is often needed during already stressful situations, and clients depend on professionalism, transparency, and thorough completion of the work.

Don and Luis P. were very friendly and professional, and they accommodated my schedule restrictions without any hassle. They worked extremely hard…they stayed until 3 AM cleaning up as much as they could, then came back over the next few days to finish the job. The only downside was the timeline. I was hoping the demo and cleanup (removing the basement walls and flooring) would be wrapped up in a couple of days, but it ended up taking about a week, likely because they were being scheduled on other projects in between. Overall, I really appreciated Don and Luis P.’s effort and attitude.

Cody and Carl came to restore damage from a leaking drain pipe. They worked fast and efficiently! They were extremely nice, clean and professional. I would highly recommend them . They were very easy to work with and explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable with the process. The work that they performed was better than I could’ve imagined If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would. They deserve it.
