On a Friday night at around 10pm I discovered no hot water or heat in my house and it was 0° outside. I also have a 3-week old newborn in the house so it was a dire situation. I called 7 companies before finally reaching Joel on Saturday afternoon. He wasn’t able to send a technician to my house but was kind enough to personally walk me through some troubleshooting. We discovered the air intake for my combi boiler was covered in ice outside my home. Joel was kind enough to work with me given my situation despite the fact he wasn’t at my home. This was an A+ customer service experience that I will never forget. We got our boiler back up and running for a warm and happy home.
