Y&M did such an amazing job at my house. The workers were very professional and respectful. They took time to explain the work they were going to do and any questions I had they answered for me. If you want the job done right with the best price you need to call them. Don’t get fooled by the big name companies I wish I could give more then just 5 stars
We were thrilled with the thorough duct cleaning we received this week from Y&M Duct Service - not only did Isaac do a great job, but the professionalism and courtesy he showed was outstanding.
This is the second time we have used Y& M Air Duct Service. We were concerned about doing duct cleaning after a disastrous. experience years ago, but both times we have been very pleased with the results. Josh, Isaac, and Shakim are all very professional and skilled. They were very pleasant and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Y&M Air Duct Service. This is a family-owned business, and you can tell they really care. When I called, one of the owners answered the phone—she was kind, courteous, and helpful from the start. The crew that came out was professional, respectful, and efficient. I appreciated that they put on booties without being asked, showing real attention to keeping my home clean. Josh, the manager, led the team and made sure everything was done thoroughly. They cleaned my dryer vent from the inside, then climbed up to the roof to clear the outside vent—no hesitation. They did a fantastic job, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
Josh can out to give me a quote on cleaning the vents. He told me that the vents were very dirty and he could do it for $700 and then he told me that there was an additional service that he could do that would sanitize the duct work or something like this. I told him that it was too expensive ... I received other quotes for $500. He spoke with his manager and then said that he could do it for $600. I told him that it was too expensive and then they left. I received a call from the owner and she said that since the guys were already there that they could do it for $500. So, I had them do the work. After about 75 minutes Josh called me and said that he was all set and that the vents looked good and it was mostly spider webs in the vents. .... (I thought the vents looked dirty??). I paid them. The next day, my HVAC contractor .... who I trust implicitly .. called me and said that the brand new heating system was damaged/ dented and I could either leave "as is" or the cost to fix and replace those components is about $1,400. I called and left 2 different messages for the owner to call me and she has not returned my calls. I would never use them!!!
