Alex, Project Manager was Cordial, professional and very Knowledgeable. First let me begin how impressed I was when the Crew and Alex arrived way before their scheduled time. Alex always kept me well informed by either calling or texting me. Yes, he did see me in person as well. Regrettably, Alex called me to informed me that the plywood currently on the roof were severely damaged and it had to be totally replaced. Which meant that Alex had to head back to Bloomfield to recover more plywood. Photos were sent to me to show how horrific the plywoods were. Despite the setback, the crew did an outstanding job and were able to finish it in 1 day. I love my new roof - it looks amazing! The crew also left everything spotless. Overall, I had an incredible experience with Alex and the Crew - Thank you!

My experience with JP Carroll was positive from start to finish. Initially, Christian came to our house to view the job. He thoroughly assessed our roof situation and offered multiple solutions with a range of costs. There was no “hard-sell” or slick sales tactics. After we informed JD Carroll of our decision, we were contacted to set up the times for materials delivery and installation. Everything happened according to schedule. On the day of installation, a work crew, led by Mike Chase, arrived on time. Mike asked for my preferences related to a number of options and made sure his crew understood every detail. The crew worked nonstop until the job was completed. They cleaned up every fragment of debris. At that point, Mike invited me to do a walk-around with him in order to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend this outstanding company.

We are very pleased with everything about JP Carroll Roofing. We received a business flyer in the mail stating JP Carroll was working in the area. It was a week or so but I finally called and made an appointment. Everyone from JP Carroll were Very Professional from the beginning to completion. Steve Czaplak. came to our home to make an evaluation as to what exactly was necessary. Steve let us know what he saw and what he thought should be done. We felt Steve was very upfront and honest about what was needed and we made an appointment for the next day to have our roof replaced. He went through every step with us and told us how things would happen. The next day the crew showed up on time and jumped right in. Anthony Lacafta was the job foreman and took care of all of the leg work so Edison and the other men working on the roof didn't have to stop what they were doing. Anthony was outstanding and kept the work going smoothly. They unloaded their truck with all of the tools and gear they needed. The set up the job site and got right to work removing the old roof and replaced damaged plywood. Everything was put in the dumpster that was supplied. We are very pleased with the organization, workmanship and the results. I have attached photos. Thank You
