I experienced a complete loss of heat during one of the coldest, most frigid winter periods, and I was unable to reach my regular plumber. I was referred to Beckers HVAC Electrical, and I will admit that I was initially skeptical at first since I was unfamiliar with their quality of work. However, they absolutely delivered. They took their time until they got my boiler up and running again. The following day, without my knowledge, ice kept forming on the exterior vent, which caused the heat to shut off again. I contacted them once more, and they promptly returned to inspect the boiler. They identified that the issue was with the outside vent and advised me to monitor it and remove the ice if it happens again. A few days later, my thermostat started overriding the temperature settings and kept resetting to a different temperature, making the house either too hot or too cold. I was informed that the manufacturer’s settings needed to be overridden by a professional. I called Beckers HVAC Electrical again, and Matt took the time to look up the thermostat model and successfully reprogrammed it for me. I highly recommend Beckers HVAC Electrical. Not only did they resolve the original issue, but they also returned multiple times to ensure that all problems were fully addressed, including one that was unrelated to my boiler.

Shane and Matt came to my house on time as scheduled. They both assessed the issues with my thermostat and heating system. They sent me a quote which was a third of what Glasco quoted me. They replaced the thermostat, did the furnace repairs . I asked about an additional service for a dehumidifier system in my basement and electrical work in my laundry room. Their prices were fair, work was excellent and they explained the lighting options. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend the professional work they do.

Cannot say enough good things. Came home from an out of town trip to finally sleep and woke up a few hours later w/ my house ice cold at 2am. Called and left a message (I think, I was tired). The owner Shane texted me back right away to ask questions and find out if it was an emergency, suggest a couple of checks, and offered to come out right away or in the morning. He showed up right when he said first thing this am and had my heat up and running in 20 minutes. Its also worth noting that another 24 hour local company I spoke with last night said they'd get me on the schedule for first thing in the morning only to call me first thing in the morning and tell me they had no availability for a month so....Do with that what you will. 10/10, nice dudes that aren't weird to have in your house.
