I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrendous customer service and experience. They WILL cancel your appointments over and over and over again and give you every excuse in the book (overbooked, it’s too cold, etc). Don’t just take my word for it, real ALL of the other comments. I was trying to make an appointment since October 2025 for a furnace cleaning and I was rebooked 3 times. Best part is they call you the day before to cancel and offer new dates that are >1 month out. They simply wait until you call with an emergency so they can charge you extra to come out. My furnace failed this week in the middle of winter which could have completely been prevented if I wasn’t rescheduled 3 times. Did they take accountability? OF COURSE NOT!! In fact, I was called by a customer service representative who said they aren’t taking accountability for the furnace breaking and used this EXTREMELY insensitive analogy: “if someone with cancer makes an appointment with their doctor and the doctor cancels the appointment but in the meantime the patient dies, is the doctor at fault?” Are you kidding me?! This is your warning to avoid this company at all costs! Cancel this greedy company.
