We changed changed from an oil heating system to a high efficiency gas system. The Omni employees are friendly and courteous. I like their communication with text messages is a plus as it tells you when someone is on their way. Tom is fantastic with answering questions and making you feel comfortable with purchasing the system. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Omni Mechanics Services.
I replaced my furnace with them. Very good info, great staff, competitive price. They answered all questions and even provided an alternative price for another unit. Haven't needed repair yet so can't speak to that but so glad I replaced my furnace when I did...it was due and would never have survived this brutal winter!
What a wonderful experience. They came highly recommended when I was in a tough spot. Another company had been working on my unit for 2 days and could not get it back up and running. I was told there was nothing that could be don’t till Monday. I was forced into a hotel. The issue was diagnosed as X (I won’t bore you with details). Tom and Kevin came out and found a completely different issue…fixed it and had me up and running the following day. Mind you, this was Saturday and Sunday…and the fix required getting parts from stores outside of their store hours. A+ technical know how. A+ execution. They have a new customer for life.
