Robbie was awesome and was able to meet me right away when my brand new PC just wouldn’t turn on a few days after getting it. He went through the whole thing, checked over everything, figured out what was preventing it from turning on, and went through and removed sketchy software that came on it. Kept me apprised of what was happening, sent me photos while he was working on it and explained everything to me….very patiently answering alllll of my many questions. Always got back to me very quickly. I’m thrilled I have someone I can trust to help me with/fix/upgrade anything with my PC, and would encourage anyone to go to him with their computer needs!

In my 20 years of having computers, surrounded by family and friends who are all very experienced in building / repairing computers, I never thought I would need to seek out a PC repairman. However, there is a first for everyone... We had tried everything with my computer, replaced the most important parts on it, tried everything one by one, getting to the point where I had started to build an entire new computer. BUT, even building a new computer wouldn't solve my problem. Throwing our hands up in the air in fits of frustration, I looked for the computer repair shop closest to me with solid reviews. Roger was an extreme amount of help. Kept me updated constantly VIA text on what he was doing. Sending images, videos (my Motherboard was sparking, you can check it out!) What was originally diagnosed as the most simple solution, a missing plug, turned into wires being shorten all over the place. Roger ran into problems with my computer left and right, it was almost as if the PC gods said no to this very specific build of a custom computer. But he fixed it in the end, after countless hours. He charged me an extremely fair price considering how much he had to do. Charging me for probably 1/3 of the amount of work he had done. I spent more money trying to fix it myself compared to how much I spent on him. I will say, it is a bit on the high end for cost, so if you are on a very tight budget, I would potentially recommend something like Geek Squad. But they'll probably tell you a bunch of "you need this and that because we can't figure out the problem and diagnose you with BUILD A NEW PC". If you think it's a quick fix, bring it to him for sure. He can fix any normal problem in less than 30 minutes probably. If you think your computer has turned against you, bring that monstrosity to him like I did.
