Rhino-Back Roofing

I can't reccomended Rhino-Back enough. It started when a representative came to my door and explained what the company did (inspection roofs for damage, and assist in getting the roof repaired/replaced by insurance). I knew I needed a roof as shingles had blown off during a storm in 2023. The entire process from the call to insurance 10-3-25 to the completion of my roof 11-26-25. Literally a month and a half. The communication was EXCELLENT!! The calls and emails regarding the next steps was exceptional. I spoke with three different people (each one having a different role in the process). They ordered the dumpster, obtained the permit, ordered all the supplies and did a fabulous job cleaning up. Roof was completed in one day, and that's including replacing 31 sheets of plywood. Dumpster was picked up 2 days afterwards and a team came back the day agter to do a final cleanup. We even got a card and a box of brownies from the ceo of the company. A wonder company that I'd work with and definitely reccomend.

We have been in need of a new roof for quite some time now, but was just one of those things that kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Thanks to Mitch with Rhino Back, we finally got our new roof yesterday (10/23/2025), and we couldn’t be happier! The job was done in one day, which was a huge benefit for us since we have a lot of animals. I was home the entire day and have to say the entire crew was phenomenal and I was really impressed! They definitely put the extra effort in to work as quietly as possible, I was expecting a lot more noise. Having parrots that are easily spooked by loud noises, that was extremely appreciated. I was able to have all of the birds out of their cages like a normal day. And then their overall organization and work efficiency was a 12/10 hands down. As soon as the tarps went up, they started stripping the old shingles, and those were brought to the dumpster faster than they could pile up. Then the tarps were taken down and they got right to working on the new roof. Somehow, during all of that, they managed to keep up on raking, leaf blowing, keeping their tools and materials organized in one area, which meant I could safely take my dogs outside still. Mitch went over every thing before they started, gave me a mid day update, and then came back again the next day (today) to do a final walk through and go over everything with me and my husband. He was extremely professional and easy to work with! And they will be back again next week to run through the property with the magnets one more time, they really prioritize keeping the home owners property as clean and safe (e.g., nails), so there is no worry over your car tires, letting your pets or kids outside etc. It was refreshing to work with a company (and people) that are client/person oriented. We didn’t feel like we were “just a job” or a number. I can’t say enough good things about the company and employees, and the quality of work! We are so happy with the color, and how it came out. Thank you guys so much! (None of y’all judge the window situation we’re getting to that 🙈 😂)
