Easy going experience with polite and respectful staff. The gentleman that helped me gave me a reasonable repair estimate for 2 chains. He completed the repair and a thorough cleaning while I waited (took only 10 minutes) also did some preventive maintenance which I hadn't noticed and he didn't charge me any extra, I was very grateful! I'm thrilled with how these chains shine now! You got skills!...Thanks Scott!!
I recently came in to get a necklace resized. Their service exceeded my expectations, I was in and out quickly and reasonably quoted. I would highly recommend them for any jewelry repair you need.
I dropped off a broken necklace for repair and the staff was AWESOME! so friendly and knowledgeable! They also cleaned my ring while I was there. I will update you guys when I pick up my repair, but so far, I love this place

He measured them out and knew exactly what size I needed to fit comfortably. Got it all done in one day. They are my number one go to when it comes to buying and servicing my jewelry.
