Tobacco & Cellphone Repair

Do NOT go here for cell phone repair. I took my phone less than a month ago because it had a black screen to be repaired. When I picked it up my phone notified me saying something about non apple replacements or parts. They told me not to worry about the notifications. Now my phone has a black screen again. I called and told them and they said there is no warranty, I will have to pay full price to have the black screen fixed. They scamming! Using fake parts so you have to keep going back to them. Just spend the extra $100 at Apple because you will pay well over that having to keep going back to this place

I went to the store on March 4th and purchased a cellphone. They did not give me a receipt. There were no instruction booklets that you get when the phone is brand new. The phone worked and charged for a few days and than stopped charging. I tried different chargers and still didn't charge. Went back to the store yesterday, March 15th, and they would not give me my money back. Insisted I purchased the phone over a month ago, said the charging port was broken and that I broke it. They were downright rude and inconsiderate. How could I have purchased the phone a month ago when I was recovering from knee surgery and came in on the 4th and the 15th of March using a walker with my daughter who purchased the phone case for me? Not to mention on the box had 2 different prices on it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!
