Took my dad here because his OLD ahh iPhone 6S wouldnβt turn on or charge at all, walked in no appointment needed & the young guy behind the counter was so helpful, honest & had his dinosaur of a phone turned on & holding a charge in 20 minutes tops!π would definitely recommend & will be coming back if i have any more phone issues.

Seems like a great running operation. My iPhone had gunk in the charging port and had difficulty charging. I called two other places in Glen Burnie, one wanted to charge me $40, the other wanted $60! Cell Phone Doctor asked for $15. awesome service. The guy who helped me (seems like they have a handful of employees), James, was cordial, which is nice, but also super knowledgeable and communicated well, gave great advice to prevent future occurrences. Canβt recommend this spot enough.

Once I started going here to get my phone fixed, I have never stopped. In the Glen Burnie/Ritchie Highway area they are one of the cheapest places to get your phone fixed, and they always do it quick and fast. I am able to get my iPhone sceen fixed for about ~100 every time, while many other places around here go for about 130 or even 150. Not to mention, their customer service has always been very pleasant over the phone and especially with the gentleman often working the front counter. I have only ever gotten my phone fixed with them, but in my experience, this is the place to go if you want your phone fixed fast and cheap, and done well,... Went afew minutes before the store opened, so I could hopefully get my cell phone repaired, but no one came to the door. Myself and a random family of 3 were waiting. 10 minutes past the scheduleed open time, I left. Don't know if there was an issue or different posted store hours, but did not appreciate having my time wasted and losting out a potential customer. Do not recommend.

I would just like to thank you all for such impeccable, customer service, reasonable pricing, and also being able to find out what was wrong with my phone and repair it and get it back to me so quickly you guys are amazing. I would definitely recommend for any of your cell phone, computers and gaming equipment repairs. Fantastic service all around.
