Came and “repaired” my refrigerator less than 2 months and $400 later same problem returned-not cooling. Called and was told they would be out next day. Never have heard anything and that call was made 2 months ago. Start out great but then crickets. Will never call again. Do NOT recommend

We experienced an issue with our washing machine. I searched local appliance repair in my area and found Josh’s Appliance Repair. Very good website and reviews. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. They were able to come the next day. They gave me an appointment window and updated me on their way. Mustafa arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant, professional, and went right to work assessing our concern. He determined that our washing machine was functioning fine and there was no repair needed. He charged for the visit which was reasonable and expected. I would highly recommend using this company. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service that I received. 10000% recommend! My dryer was no longer producing heat, in the middle of doing laundry, so a lot of wet clothes lying around. I called the company at 2pm and they gave me a time, same day, for 3-5pm. Mustapher was able to not only diagnose, but fix everything on the spot. He even swapped some parts that I already had, just so it was all new with no additional cost. If I ever have an issue again, I highly recommend.
