Phone fix by HL CONCEPTS

While visiting my hairdresser she described her experience with getting her phone repaired. She said this location was impressive, had very good ratings and excellent service. I took down the information and after leaving her in Laurel I proceeded a few minutes away to the Phone Fix. There is a large sign outside of a building that has been converted into a business. Behind the building is an area for parking. If those slots are not available, across the street there is parking at the AutoZone. Just be careful crossing the busy one-way street. I entered the building and was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming it was, how well it was planned to service customers, it was cozy, comfortable, displayed a very modern design and offered a snack area while you wait. The gentleman, Hameed, providing the service welcomed you with a high smile, was very focused, grounded, spiritual, and passionate about what he does and on a mission to provide excellent customer service. He wore a white lab coat and blue gloves as his routine. I ordered the part that I needed for my phone and received a call within 24 hours to let me know it had arrived. Yes, there were options in the DC area but it is not what needs to be done that matters but by whom. I returned the next day to Laurel and set while my phone was being repaired which took about an hour. I was able to watch how Hameed gently serviced an older couple in need of his services. He was soft spoken to them, very patient and explained options to meet their needs. In the process he was multitasking by answering calls, using his tablet and repairing my phone. Each task was given attention to details. After completion of my phone he carefully bound it with multiple rubber bands for protection and I was given care instructions while the glue cured. I was very impressed and felt at peace with knowing I could have taken my phone anywhere but I am glad that fate chose me to have it serviced with him.
