Dr. Mario Fireplace Services

Mario quickly diagnosed the issue with our Heat & Glo fireplace, even during an exceptionally cold winter when service calls were in high demand. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and communicate clearly every step of the way—from scheduling the appointment to explaining the work performed and associated costs. We truly appreciated the transparency and efficiency. I highly recommend Dr. Mario, and he will absolutely be our first call for any future service needs.

Scheduling with Dr. Mario was a breeze. You are able to schedule without ever talking to someone on the phone which is great for a mom who lives in an environment of constant noise. Scheduling was about a month out, which I would expect in the winter. Dr. Mario came and took out and cleaned all the pieces of our gas fireplace. Great! However, when we scheduled, we told them that we needed someone to help us fix the obnoxious noise coming from the gas fireplace and even sent them a video as requested. This was supposed to be included in the flat price along with the cleaning. After the cleaning, Dr. Mario stated that he would need to get a part to fix the noise situation and would send us an invoice. Okay no problem. A week or two goes by and we still haven’t heard from them. I reached out to the scheduling person who told me he was sending it right away. Another month goes by. Now, the scheduling person will not even respond to my messages. And here I am without a functional fireplace in the middle of a very cold winter. And down all the money I paid for the cleaning and to “fix” the problem with no solution. I would not recommend Dr. Mario if you have an issue that is more involved than a cleaning. I am highly disappointed and cold.
