This review is for Lumos at the Pentagon location. I was formerly a jewelry professional and sold high end diamonds and watches off and on for 8 years. This boutique style store boasts an amazing array of diamond and gemstone jewelry that rivals more widely known jewelers. The difference? The staff, the experience of being shown jewelry with NO pressure to buy. I am absolutely enamored of the choices pieces at multiple price points. I have purchased two rings recently, both of which are stunning! The rings are quality pieces that absolutely take my breath away! Do not think for a moment this is anything like inventory that you'd see in military exchanges where lower end jewelry is pushed along with financing. I highly endorse this incredible jeweler! Very happy with the service and small town feel from this jeweler. I was gifted a watch that was too big and I went in to get links removed. They removed the links, checked to see if it fit and they said I could come back to get it adjusted if I wasn’t comfortable with it. I came back a few weeks later and the same representative helped me out by adding back half a link free of charge. The watch fits perfectly and I would recommend this place to anyone simply because of the customer service I received.
