Very happy with the service and small town feel from this jeweler. I was gifted a watch that was too big and I went in to get links removed. They removed the links, checked to see if it fit and they said I could come back to get it adjusted if I wasn’t comfortable with it. I came back a few weeks later and the same representative helped me out by adding back half a link free of charge. The watch fits perfectly and I would recommend this place to anyone simply because of the customer service I received.

This review is for Lumos at the Pentagon location. I was formerly a jewelry professional and sold high end diamonds and watches off and on for 8 years. This boutique style store boasts an amazing array of diamond and gemstone jewelry that rivals more widely known jewelers. The difference? Lumos is an incredible jewelry shop rich with style and class. Charles and Shawna helped my wife and I find the ring she was meant to have. And I may have gotten myself a fantastic watch to top it off. Will definitely be back for all future purchases.

Very beautiful store. Kayla was wonderful to talk to. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. And even let me try on her own ring to feel the size on my finger. 🥰

Lumos did a great job resizing a ring for me. They advised me on the right size, noting the finger expansion in cold versus hot weather - details I didn't know about. Also, love the vintage, non-flashy arcade video game station at the front of the store to keep little hands occupied while you meet with store personnel. Thank you!
