I learned to trust the professionals and the process, and I am extremely pleased with how the fence and deck turned out. Everyone involved—from the sales agent to the installation team—was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The team delivered high-quality work, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed everything in a timely manner. James Swann was amazing to work with and provided excellent support from start to finish.

We are absolutely obsessed with our new deck! From the very beginning, our sales representative, Andrew Vidulich, was patient, honest, and upfront about the project’s lifespan, pricing, and payment plans. He helped us make an informed decision that ended up saving us a significant amount of money. Our project manager, Ryan L, was equally wonderful. He reached out with an unexpected opening for the builders to start earlier than planned, which meant our deck was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff at Fence & Deck Connection, from the project manager to the workers. I was informed every step of the way; they were prompt, professional and courteous. My fence & deck is gorgeous, I can't wait for the summer to get here. I would recommend Fence & Deck Connection, and the prices are unbeatable. We received an estimate from Long Fence which only included the fence itself, Fence & Deck Connection not only beat their "discounted prices" but added stairs to my deck for $1,000's cheaper. When I first purchased my new home, it came with a deck that was small and closed off from the builder. I turned to Fence and Deck Connection to help me transform my deck into a beautiful space where I could sit in the shade or be in the sun grilling. I worked with Jimmy LaRue to make that happen.
