Matt did an excellent job! Was extremely careful to protect our floors and carpet. Very diligent cleaning and inspection. Explained the numerous pictures and answered my questions thoroughly. Very professional and I certainly would highly recommend Matt and Ignite for chimney cleaning and inspection services.
Customer Service is Key
Scheduling the appointment was breeze and an overall Customer Friendly Experience. Communication leading up to the appointment was phenomenal. Tyler came out to sweep and inspect our wood stove chimney pipe, and he was Professional and Courteous. He was Very Informative and kept his Work Area Clean. He did an Excellent job and provided Fantastic Customer Service. Thank You So Much!
