Timothy has his company have been so helpful and attentive to my fireplace and chimney needs. My wood stove was smoking back and not drafting properly. They were able to solve the problem and get it back in working order. Thank you!
Timothy came to my house to do a fireplace inspection/repair, because our gas fireplace was no longer working correctly. He explained to me in very easy, concise language exactly what was needed to repair it. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his service.
I cannot praise this company and the quality of work they do enough. We moved into our house about a year ago and weren't sure when, if ever, our gas fireplace was last serviced. We had no idea how badly it was needed! Timothy came and took it all apart, cleaned it, made sure everything was working at peak efficiency and corrected some badly misplaced logs. He even repaired the broken electrical switch that turns it off and on. It looks and operates beautifully now and we're all set for the incoming cold weather months. Thank you so much!
