I took my phone in to get it worked on. The man told me it was an expensive repair and I would be better off buying a phone. I ended up walking out with a phone for under 200.00. We are headed back today to buy my daughter a phone. I feel like they are very honest and open with everything.
They had me in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Super nice and super professional. There’s also a really sweet dog to hangout with to make the wait easier. Would happily recommend!
My Daughter shattered her iPad digi, lcd, and button. They had it fixed quickly. I felt that the price was adequate. And it has warranty. So thats cool. 5 stars!
My keyboard on my Lenovo Legion went out and they were very helpful in getting it fixed. Very communicative, did wonderful work. The backlight doesn't work on the new replacement so they are working to get that fixed as well. I would highly recommend for tech needs! Also, there's a cute dog to pet! :)
If you are in the greater Knoxville area I HIGHLY recommend Shattered Dreams in halls for ANY computer, cell phone, or tablet repairs. They are honest hard working people, INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, AND the best price around. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. While in there I seen some MIRACLES done on some other devices while I was in there. AND if for some reason they can't fix it they don't charge in most cases. I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars. HIGHLY recommend.
