We have shopped here off and on for many years and also had them service products we've purchased elsewhere. They usually have a variety of items from brand new scratch & dent, gently used or obviously used but in good working order depending on your needs & budget. They have always been professional, courteous, on schedule and reasonably priced. We only had an issue once with something we purchased but because of the 90 day warranty, they quickly came out and replaced the defective part. I'd definitely recommend checking them out and saving money with them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability I’m a landlord who purchased a refrigerator from Hunley Turner Used Appliances in April 2024. I live out of town, so I worked with the store manager remotely — they sent photos, I selected a fridge, and paid over the phone. Delivery and installation were supposed to be simple. Instead, their crew spent nearly two hours in my driveway struggling to get the doors off the fridge, and I watched on my security camera as they used multiple tools to pry and “jimmy” the doors to make it fit through the doorway. When they finally got it inside, the door hinges were clearly damaged and the fridge never worked properly again. Despite obvious evidence that the damage happened during their installation, the store repeatedly denied responsibility and offered every excuse imaginable. Over the next several months, they dragged their feet on repairs and gave me the runaround — and now they claim the warranty has expired. I’m out $1,200 and stuck with a broken fridge that was fully functional before their delivery team mishandled it. Their refusal to take accountability or stand behind their product and service is completely unacceptable. I will never do business with them again, and I’ll be advising my fellow landlords and property managers to go elsewhere for appliances. Avoid this company unless you want to deal with poor service and zero responsibility after the sale.
