Will was exceptionally knowledgeable about chimney construction and safety. He conducted a thorough inspection from the roof, then sent a camera down the chimney and shared clear photos with me immediately so I could see exactly what was going on. They removed a very old, extremely heavy wood-burning insert (around 400 pounds) and uncovered something that truly alarmed me—several inches of debris built up behind the insert that had likely been sitting there for over 30 years. It was a serious fire hazard. There is no way I could have removed that insert myself, and I’m so grateful they discovered the issue before it became dangerous. They even brought a shop vacuum and carefully cleaned up all the debris from the fireplace area. My fireplace is brick all the way up, which made the buildup even more concerning—yikes! After the inspection, they drafted multiple estimate options and clearly explained the recommended remedies, along with available payment plans. The service was professional, thorough, and transparent from start to finish. Will brings a wealth of experience to inspections and takes the time to carefully explain both the issues and the solutions. I highly recommend their team.
